Roles & Responsibilities.
Closely Monitor the team to ensure the day-to-day activities are updated
Preparing MIS in terms of monthly cash flow, Profit and Loss account and other information as required by Management.
Planning and Preparation of weekly payment schedules.
Preparation of Monthly cost sheet.
Coordinating with CA for accounting challenges/statutory compliances.
Preparation, posting and disbursement of Salaries and disbursement of PF, ESI & PT in coordination with HR and consultant.
Maintaining ROC documents.
Monitoring & Filling of monthly GST Returns.
Monitoring, preparation and Filling of TDS payments and returns.
Assisting in Administrative and HR Activities.
Coordination with the Sales Head and Team wrt order status, Tgt vs Ach, collections and any other information related to sales and customers.
Preparation of final accounts.
Looking after branch wrt operations, collections, production etc.
Registrations and renewals.
Monitoring daily stock tracking, daily invoices, Vendor payment and follow-up of Receivables.
