Job description
Kannada language proficiency is mandatory as you will be managing digital presence of various leading Kannada media clients. You will be managing the youtube and social media operations of Kannada clients as part of our online video and social media team and Impart best practices and knowledge on social media. Execute the youtube and social media content strategy on digital / social media platforms for our client projects in the most innovative way, and collaborate with team members for planning and execution Understand audience and be responsible for performance and growth with constant monitoring & analysis of the social media assets. Ideate and create content, with focus on short form content such as short vertical videos, GIFs, promos etc Native understanding of digital platforms with an emphasis on mobile, social & video Creativity & ability to think outside the box Creative flair : observe, follow & predict creative trends on digital platforms Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Kannada and English Capable of juggling various projects at the same time A team player with a positive attitude Passion for entertainment - movies, music, web content - will be ideal Working knowledge on YouTube, Instagram, IGTV, Facebook, Twitter Understand youtube analytics in depth and identify areas of improvement Prepare document and recommendations based on inference of the analysis done on youtube analytics Contribute to creating right title, description, metadata of the channel and its videos.
