HCL HIRING FOR Mortgage INSURANCE and LOAN on 29TH and 30TH JAN 2024
Interview location : HCL Tech- ETA 3-Techno Park, Tower-2, Special Economic Zone 33 Rajiv Gandhi Salai, Navallur, Tamil Nadu 603103 .
Interview Time : 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Interview Date: 29TH and 30TH JAN 2024

Shift Timings: UK SHIFT - 12pm to 10pm
Years of Experience - 2 TO 5 YEARS
EXPECTED CTC - 2.5LPA TO 3LPA ONLY
WORK FROM OFFICE ONLY (Can be Hybrid on request basis for 2 days in a week)

Roles and responsibilities :.
Day to day delivery of UK Mortgage Services
Team management
Must be able to drive the team in terms of SLA, Quality, Training etc.,
Must have handled a team of more than 15+
Willing to work on multiple & rotational shifts
Able to promptly answer support related email, phone calls and other electronic communications.
Customer interaction, planning, reviews, guidance, and troubleshooting
Ensures process training is available for those responsible for executing the in-scope activities
Monitors the overall quality of the process and implement process improvement projects
Produce authorized management information
Monitor and report on process compliance and Service Delivery
Coordinate activities between multiple support groups to ensure adherence to Service Levels & cut offs
