  Roles and responsibilities: Â

• Shortlist restaurants in a specific area and conduct online research on cuisine, services, online ordering, booking systems, and competitor platforms.
• Directly call potential customers to sell products and services, including Order System, Booking System, SMS Marketing, and Google Reservation.
• Guide resellers and restaurant owners through installations over the phone or video calls.
• Monitor ERP system for pending orders and failed payments, informing restaurant owners and resolving issues.
• Quickly arrange appointments with restaurant management for resellers.
• Communicate with end customers about order-related matters such as cancellations and payment issues.
• Coordinate with resellers and restaurant owners to claim access to their Google My Business account
• No of working days per week: 6
• No of working hours per day: 8 Â
• Off days per week : 2 (any two days between Sunday-Thursday).Â
• All employees are expected to work in rotational shifts. Shift timings will be allocated every week. Â
• Experience : 0-2 yearsÂ
