Job description

Application Support Analyst Front-EndResponsibilities
Provide day-to-day application-level support for production incidents and L2 support, rotational shifts may be required.
L2 Production Support responding to service incidents with rotational on-call 24x7 support.
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure successful delivery and implementation of assigned tasks.
Coordinate release activities with other teams (internal and external), partnering with the Change Management group to ensure a smooth and trouble-free roll out of releases.
Troubleshoot and debug issues to resolve problems quickly.
Proactively engage with cross-functional teams to resolve issues using critical thinking and analysis skills and best practices.
Responsible for production infrastructure environment management including OS & security patching, security & vulnerability management, and application upgrades.
Assist in the managing and maintaining of all environments, ensuring that these environments are properly setup, configured, and highly available for each project as scheduled.
Participate in Disaster Recovery and other support activities as scheduled.

Nice to Have:

Experience with a reporting/visualization tool like Power BI, Tableau etc.

Practical experience in using Web development, Microservices, Docker/Kubernetes & Linux.

Basic knowledge of statistical theory, financial instruments, and markets.
