Responsible for proactively soliciting and managing group/catering-related opportunities. Actively up-sells each business opportunity to maximize revenue opportunity. Achieves personal and team related revenue goals. Ensures business is turned over properly. Assists the Sales Manager in driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience. Assists the Sales Manager in day-to-day activities related to the sales function with a focus on building long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of hotel sales objectives, to develop strategies to maximize revpar, profitabilty and grow market share.
