FUNCTIONAL
● B2B/ industrial/ project sales experience- 2-8 years.
● Customer management & distributor Management
● Willing to travel at least 15 days in a month.
BEHAVIOURAL
● Quick learner
● Aggressive – Result oriented with strong negotiation skills
● People management skills & independent with decision-making & problem solving ability
Responsibilities
Actively work on leads shared lead generation team.
● To deliver on the assigned budget on a weekly basis.
● To be 100% conversant with the FAB, FAQ, Objections and Value generating strategies
● of our tanks.
● Meet the prospects shared by the lead generation team.
● Share techno-commercial presentation with the prospect highlighting features and
● advantages of our tanks.
● Communicate the benefits of our tanks as compared to alternate technologies and
● brands available in the market to the prospects.
● Identify the needs and present the value proposition of our solutions to the client.
● Successfully handle the questions and objections at each stage of funnel and progress
● the prospect through the sales funnel till conversion.
● To negotiate and close orders successfully.
● Ensure margin and payment expectations are delivered as per policy.
● Actively participate in promotional activities/exhibitions/trade shows.
