Overview

Herbalife National and Regional Events Operations + Production + Execution

Preferred : Someone with 5+ years of similar experience from an agency set up.

Position Summary Statement

• Supervisor Events position to cater to national and regional events with operational and execution support.
• The position will support with tasks including (but not limited to) event set-up, logistics, on- and off-ground operations & production support for all events.
• High impact of this position is to help with pre-event closures.
• Exposure to ATL & BTL activities to support various lean-format events and activations for Herbalife customers and distributors.
• Keen ability to adhere to timelines and track all operational data to build event report for pre-event planning and post event closures.

Education Qualification : Any Graduation

• Experience using Microsoft Excel to input and analyze data.
• Experience using Microsoft PowerPoint to prepare venue report, event report etc.,
• 5+ years Event operations, production and execution experience
• Knowledge on event production requirements and managing setup.
• Demonstrate ability and willingness to ensure completion of work on-ground.
• Candidate must be willing to travel frequently to support events and conduct venue recce.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• To coordinate, supervise vendor execution as part of the Herbalife Corporate Events Team
• To schedule meetings and compile event related service requests
• To coordinate with vendors and external agencies for all event operational requirements
• To oversee event setup and coordination with necessary stakeholders
• To ensure event material movement is timely and logistics coordination - internal and external.
• To conduct site inspections and complete visit reports

Skills

• Should have hands-on experience in managing and delivering large and small events. In-depth knowledge of event production requirements is mandatory.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years in similar operational & events services management services from an event agency preferred.

This is a work from office role and involves travel for events.
