Job Title: Graphic Designer
Overview:
The role of a Graphic Designer is crucial to our organization as it involves creating visual concepts to communicate ideas that inspire inform and captivate our audience. The Graphic Designer will collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to produce highquality solutions for both print and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create visually appealing graphics and designs for various platforms
- Develop illustrations logos and other designs using software or by hand
- Study design briefs and determine requirements
- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
- Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
- Test graphics across various media
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and onbrand
- Amend designs after feedback
- Collaborate with team members to launch designs
- Stay uptodate with industry developments and tools
- Brainstorm new ideas layouts and graphics
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed
- Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions
- Communicate effectively with team members and internal clients
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Proven graphic designing experience
- Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign etc.)
- Understanding of visual elements (layout type and fonts)
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Ability to interact communicate and present ideas
- Highly proficient in all design aspects
- Uptodate with industryleading software and technologies
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently
- Keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Creative and innovative thinker
- Experience with HTML CSS and web design is a plus
- Strong understanding of marketing and design principles
