Job description

Role Description:

• Ensure network security and connectivity (IPS, IDS, AV)
• Monitor network performance (availability, utilization, throughput, goodput, and latency) and test for weaknesses
• Technical helpdesk support, handling internal queries
• Resolve problems reported by end-user
• Hardware knowledge of Desktop /Laptop Computers
• Basic electrical knowledge with experience in handling UPS.
• Understanding of Telecom concepts and connectivity
