Job description
Fraank Systems is seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven individual to join our team as an Outbound Telesales representative. As a part of the sales team, you will play a vital role in generating new business opportunities through outbound calls. Your primary responsibility will be to engage potential clients, provide product information, and close deals through effective communication and persuasive selling techniques.
Responsibilities
- Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and secure new business opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and offering tailored solutions to meet their needs
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations over the phone to showcase the benefits and features of our products
- Identify and qualify potential leads through effective questioning and active listening
- Follow up on leads and quotes to ensure timely closure of sales opportunities
- Achieve and exceed individual targets and sales quotas
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for expanding the customer base and increasing sales revenue
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in outbound telemarketing or sales
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage customers over the phone
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Outstanding negotiation and persuasive selling skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
