Operating since 1997, PDCOR provides institutional support to the government to implement infrastructure projects on a public-private partnership format. The team comprises of professionals from institutes like IIM, MNIT, SPA, CEPT, Podar, MKU, and ICAI.

Role Description

This is an on-site contract role located in Jaipur for a Quantity Surveyor (Civil & MEP). The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for overseeing the cost management of construction projects, preparing tender and contract documents, and managing project feasibility studies, among other responsibilities.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering along with working experience of Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience
• Ability to prepare estimates, has done verification of quantities in large building projects involving a project cost not less than Rs 50 Crore.
• Should be familiar with the Measurement recording systems in Government contracts
• The experience with reputed Design MEP Consultants or PMC/ IE for Government funded projects are preferred
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Exceptional negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
