Qualifications And Skills - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 4 to 6 years of experience as an Accountant
- Strong knowledge of financial principles and accounting software
- Proficient in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Roles And Responsibilities - Manage all aspects of the company's financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets
- Perform month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and accounting principles
- Assist in the preparation of annual financial audits
- Maintain and update financial records and documentation
- Assist with financial forecasting and budgeting
- Collaborate with internal departments to analyze financial data and provide insights for decision-making
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Handle ad hoc financial projects and analysis as assigned
