Job description
5+ years of Hands-on experience administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, debugging, and configuring Salesforce Tableau. 5+ years of Hands-on experience administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, debugging, and configuring SAP Business Objects 2+ years of Windows and/or Unix shell scripting. 2+ years of experience in using Enterprise schedulers like Autosys. 2+ years of experience with cloud architectures preferably AWS. 3+ years of experience in troubleshooting production issues and providing root cause analysis. Experience on Tableau/PowerBI/Business objects Administration including Install and upgrade in a distributed enterprise environment. Experience with automation for tasks such as deployment of data-sources and workbooks across environments, alerts via scripting, and working knowledge of version control is preferred. Advanced knowledge of performance diagnostic and optimization ability to analyze system resource utilization, bottleneck using utilities such as TabMon, PerfMon, LogShark, VizAlerts, TabMigrate, additional familiarity with Splunk. Excellent understanding of Active Directory, DNS, Load Balancer and Network firewall Experience configuring Single Sign-on (SSO) with SAML authentication for BI tool.
