Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Recruiter located in Nagercoil. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting candidates for various positions, conducting interviews, and maintaining relationships with hiring managers and candidates. The HR Recruiter will also be responsible for developing and implementing company policies that relate to hiring, employee benefits, and employee relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and team-building skills
• Knowledge of HR policies and procedures related to recruitment and hiring
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with hiring managers, candidates, and other members of the HR team
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and HR software
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with current employment laws and regulations
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
