Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Corporate Sales Manager to lead our B2B sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales initiatives to acquire and manage corporate clients. The role involves building strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding client needs, and ensuring the delivery of customized solutions to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities:
ï'· Formulate and execute a comprehensive B2B sales strategy aligned with the company's business goals.
ï'· Identify and prioritize target corporate customers based on market research and industry trends.
ï'· Actively prospect and acquire new corporate clients through targeted outreach and relationship-building.
ï'· Foster and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.
ï'· Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand the unique requirements of corporate clients.
ï'· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and present customized solutions that address client needs.
ï'· Prepare compelling proposals and presentations tailored to the specific needs of corporate clients.
ï'· Negotiate terms and agreements with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
ï'· Develop accurate sales forecasts and track performance against targets.
ï'· Generate regular reports on B2B sales metrics, client feedback, and market trends.
ï'· Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing B2B sales team.
ï'· Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and product development, to ensure seamless client experiences.
ï'· Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the B2B sector.
ï'· Use market intelligence to adjust sales strategies and identify areas for growth.

Qualifications:
ï'· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
ï'· Proven experience in B2B sales, with a track record of successfully acquiring and managing corporate clients.
ï'· Strong understanding of corporate sales strategies and the ability to navigate complex B2B sales cycles.
ï'· Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
ï'· Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
