Associate Job description We are looking for a highly motivated individual with strong writing, problem-solving and analytical skills to pursue the documentation, analysis and monitoring of different projects. Candidates should have excellent communication skills, be self-motivated, able to navigate working in a challenging and fast-paced environment and function independently with minimum guidance. Research Associate Responsibilities: Research and write about the various activities of the Honey Bee Network and its affiliate organisations for internal and external publication. The role involves writing articles, reports, proposals, academic texts, etc. Coordinate with the editorial team to publish the quarterly Honey Bee newsletter. Engage with stakeholders to gather relevant information, and connect it with our areas of work, as well as contribute to any original research published by the organization. Prepare and update physical and electronic databases with information on innovations and innovators, and any developments within the grassroots innovations ecosystem. Assist others in the organization with research and writing. Handle necessary administrative paperwork and other documentation. Any other responsibilities as needed. Research Associate Requirements: Master's degree in Social Sciences, English, Communications, or a related field. Proven work experience in a similar role. Strong command of the English language and a team player. In-depth knowledge of the publication process and best practices.
