Job description

This position reports to Group CFO and manages regular accounts deliveries as a Controller. There is a large team pan India reports to this position. Only CA qualified Candidates Apply. ï'· Managing all day-to-day accounting operations - this usually includes Billing, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger and Counsel, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition.

ï'· Develop and maintain timely and accurate financial statements and reports that are appropriate for the users and in accordance with IGAAP & applicable Ind-AS Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS)

ï'· Coordinating the preparation of budget and financial forecasting and reporting any variances.

ï'· Be actively involved in the annual financial budgeting process

ï'· Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles Meticulous with an eye for details in the analysis process

ï'· Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking

ï'· Preparing and publishing all monthly financial statements.

ï'· Creating reports (annual and monthly) which identifies results, trends, and forecasts.

ï'· Ensuring all transactions are recorded, filed and reported properly.

ï'· Making sure reporting meets compliant standards with statutory law and financial regulations.

ï'· Documenting business processes and accounting policies to maintain internal controls.

ï'· Expert knowledge of GST Act

ï'· Expert Know ledge of Income Tax

ï'· Streamlining and improving all operations and accounting systems.

ï'· Coordinating the management of cash flow, debtors collection.

ï'· Supervising and managing a team of appx 20 team members.

ï'· Overseeing the audit process and liaising with external personnel where required.

ï'· Support the business with the financial strategy and decision-making processes.

ï'· helping the CFO present reports to board members and senior executives.

ï'· Additional controller duties as necessary

Qualification Criteria
Must - Graduate In Commerce with CA Qualification

Preferred : MBA finance

Additional Information
Working in manpower driven organisation like FM Or Real estate is preferred
