Job description
Work on monthly accounts closing, including preparation of financial statements, supporting schedules, tax computations and related matters.
- Assist in the audit process, gather data and provide answers based on the information to queries raised in tax audit.
- Perform a daily reconciliation for the accounts including credit cards and banks.
- Keep a close eye on the transactions, identifying irregularities in invoices and monitor bank deposits and payments.
- Prepare financial reports, for review by the AMs/Manager.
- Ensure the timely payment and reporting of all statutory compliances like GST , TDS, TCS , Income tax .
- Providing necessary information/report on compliances to its seniors.
- Assist in daily operations, including consolidating receivables, invoice and payment processing, and data entry into the accounting system.
- Record and maintain all the entries of day-to-day business transactions like sales, purchase, payment, receipts, purchase Order and other documents.
- Generate invoices and challan in the company's software on a day-to-day basis.
- Assist the seniors in handling day to day accounting, handling bank related works, following up on payments and maintaining up to date records for all transactions.

- Assist in the payroll process and ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries and benefits.
- Assist in the preparation of financial audits
- Maintain receipts and records for all the business transactions.
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by the seniors in the team.
The candidate should have the following knowledge:
Good knowledge of GST, TDS, filing & prepare returns and other Statutory Compliance
Knowledge of calculation of advance Income Tax
Preparation of Audit schedule, financial statements, statutory returns
Working knowledge of Tally
