Role and Key Responsibilities:

Manage the team for BPO process.

- Manage the KPI

- Management Reporting

- Attrition Management

- Capacity Forecasting

- Client Communication

- Identify process improvement opportunities and undertake PI projects

- Must have experience to manage large 100+ FTE team

- Must have BPO experience

- This is a permanent Evening Shift

Salary package up to 8 lac per annum
