Job Overview

We are hiring a Branch Assistant to join our team at Manav Management Group. As a Branch Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to the branch manager and assisting with daily operations. This is a full-time position based in Hosur, Tamil Nadu, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience as a Branch Assistant or similar role
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in logistics and transportation management
• Knowledge of email and computer systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist the branch manager in day-to-day operations
• Maintain and update branch records and paperwork
• Coordinate with different departments for smooth workflow
• Support in managing branch expenses and budget
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints
• Assist in organizing branch meetings and presentations
• Maintain a clean and organized branch environment
• Manage branch inventory and supply orders
• Assist in recruitment and training of new staff
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
