Role and Responsibilities:
The Implementation Executive has direct responsibility for managing implementation at client place from endtoend raising issues to the Implementation Manager as required for resolution or escalation. This position is responsible for the organization and delivery of software product implementation with the assistance of the Product Support/Technical team. It requires a strong communication bridge between all departments and the client for a successful implementation. The role involves managing software trials product configuration gaining client sign off documentation maintaining communication assisting with customer support ensuring product usage and preparing case studies.
Candidate Qualifications:
Btech/BSC/BCA Graduates/Postgraduates in Management/Health Administration (MBA/MHA). Freshers/experienced in relevant areas.
