About GradRight GradRight is an ed-fin-tech company committed to driving transparency and accountability in the global higher education sector. GradRight is the world’s first SaaS platform that brings together students, banks and universities to power smarter ‘Selection' and ‘Financing’ of college education. Using data science, technology and strategic partnerships across the industry, we are enabling students to find the ‘Right University’ at the ‘Right Cost’. We are on a mission to aid a million students to find their best-fit universities and finance them at the lowest cost, by 2025. In just two years, GradRight has enabled students to get the best deals on a $ 1 Billion of loan requests and facilitated disbursements of more than $ 150 Million in loans. GradRight was Ranked 1 in the HSBC Fintech Innovation Challenge supported by the Ministry of Electronics & IT, Government of India & were among the top 7 global finalists in The PIEoneer awards hosted by The PIE News, UK. GradRight’s team of 100 members is led by alumni of IIT Delhi, BITS Pilani, IIT Roorkee, ISB Hyderabad and University of Pennsylvania and has significant experience in building successful brands in the education sector of India. GradRight is a USA registered company with a wholly owned subsidiary in India.

Responsibilities: Strategic marketing: Conceptualise and execute corporate brand development campaigns in different formats including events, webinars, conferences, new hybrid (online+offline) properties for different stakeholders like students and partner institutions. Build a nuanced understanding of student-customers to inform the brand and marketing strategies Build new marketing channels to build brand awareness and catalyze customer acquisition Marketing: Conceptualise and execute social media campaigns that are aligned to the larger brand strategy Nurture the GradRight's student-community network with value driven content and engagements in collaboration with influencers Identify and onboard new influencers in collaboration with Community Managers

Cross-functional/product level marketing: Anchor the marketing activities at a product level: Craft and execute innovative campaigns that improves the brand development efforts for our partner universities on the SelectRight product Craft and execute campaigns that enables partner lenders to build their brand on the FundRight product Conceptualise and execute marketing ideas to build the VAS sales pipeline for the business Support the Corporate PR efforts by engaging with media and audiences on public forums/events/conferences

Qualifications:

BBA/MBA from a Tier ½ Business School If you are self-taught and if your experience demonstrates your proficiency and skills required for this role, then the qualifications will not be a barrier

Skills and Experience: 4-5 years of experience in marketing/outreach in higher-education/ed-tech sector Experience in early-stage/growth-stage start-ups in the education sector will be preferred Skilled in understanding of fundamentals of marketing, branding, design and communication, marketing channels Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to think creatively Skilled in managing projects/execution
