Job description

• Allocate resources effectively in order to achieve business plans.
• Generate innovative solutions for products, services, processes, customer experiences, marketing channels, and business models.
• Ensuring performance management with measurable goals and a review system.
Expertise required / Domain Knowledge:
● Years of Experience Required: 20+ Years
● Education: Preferable candidates with a Tech/MBA degree from Tier 1 institutes
● Having an experience of handling functions at National level (preferably with experience of working in multiple functions) for NBFC /Bank/Financial Institutes
