Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our dynamic team at Toolify Private Limited . The HR Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support the agency's objectives and foster a positive work environment. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of HR practices within the digital marketing industry.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the digital marketing industry.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
2. Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances.
- Promote a positive work culture and employee morale through effective communication and engagement initiatives.
- Address employee relations issues promptly and professionally, ensuring fair and consistent resolution.
3. Performance Management:
- Implement performance management systems to track employee performance and development.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to employees and managers.
- Identify training and development needs and coordinate relevant programs and initiatives.
4. HR Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends to continuously improve HR processes and policies.
5. Benefits Administration:
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Facilitate open enrollment periods and communicate benefits information to employees.
- Collaborate with external vendors and insurance providers to optimize benefit offerings and costs.
6. HR Administration:
- Oversee HR administrative tasks, such as payroll processing, leave management, and employee documentation.
- Manage HRIS systems and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decision-making and strategic planning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the digital marketing or advertising industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
- Experience with recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
