Job description
Joining: Immediate or Max 30 Days Relevant Experience: 5 to 8 Years
Preference: • Candidates with experience in the Stock Broking Industry will be given preference. • Candidates with knowledge of NEAT, BOLT, GreekSoft, and exchange applications will be given a preference. Responsibilities: • Troubleshooting, Hardening on Major Windows OS and Server platforms along with VAPT patching observation shared by the vulnerability Team • Installation configuration and troubleshooting of Raid, iLO \ DRAC, server os, Server hardware/software. • Good hands-on experience with Office 365. Implement approved technology changes for clients following our standards and best practices • Working knowledge of Office365 Teams. • Working knowledge of Office365 Security and Compliance Centre. • Working knowledge of SPAM and threat prevention solutions. • Troubleshooting, Solving, and following up on Level 1 and 2 incidents. • Operational Security, Maintenance, and Governance. • Knowledge of Firewalls and Switches. • Knowledge of Office 365 Exchange Online Components: - Exchange Database, Outlook Web Access, Offline Address List, Mail Flow, Public Folders, Free/Busy. • Troubleshoot various Office 365 issues, including connectivity and mobility • Knowledge about mail flow connectors, SPF, DKIM, DMARC • Monitoring all LL links and call logging with ISP for the same and ensuring closure. • Coordination for Security related issues / Firewall rules and port opening. • Managed user desktop and provided technical supportJob tags
