Job description
The Supply Partner Analyst is responsible primarily for supporting the day to day monitoring of the Benivo Supply Partners in order to ensure efficient communications and service from our partners to our clients. This role requires an ability to work independently, being familiar with G-Suite and Zoho Analytics, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills. The Supply Partner Analyst will work closely with the overall Benivo Supply Partners team to provide the best possible service for our customers.
Responsibilities: Daily Data Review:
- Conduct daily reviews of supplier-related data to identify discrepancies, trends, and potential issues
- First contact tracker completion within 24 hours
- Overdue tasks over 48 hours
- Overdue quotes over 7 days
- Utilise various data analysis tools and techniques to ensure the accuracy and integrity of supplier information
Issue Identification:
- Identify and investigate specific issues related to supplier data, such as discrepancies in cancellations, pricing, delivery delays, quality concerns/escalations, and other relevant factors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve identified issues promptly
Data Validation:
- Develop and implement validation processes to ensure the consistency and reliability of supplier data
- Identifying and rectifying invoice discrepancies
- Work closely with stakeholders to verify the accuracy of information and address any discrepancies
- Altering relevant final quotes to ensure invoicing efficiency
- Maintain relationships with Supply Partners to identify improvements to the platform
Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare detailed reports on supplier data analysis, highlighting key findings, trends, and potential areas for improvement
- Support the reporting calendar internally and externally with both Benivo and Supply Partners on performance
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of data issues, resolutions, and process improvements
- Support ticket escalation closures
- Creation of and updating process flows
Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the Product, Implementation, Analytics, Client and Finance teams to gather additional information and insights related to supplier performance
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to provide updates on data analysis findings
- Communicate effectively with external employees and external suppliers in order to help resolve issues
Requirements - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- One year of experience in Global Mobility or Employee Relocation
- Understanding of the service flow of employee relocation
- Proven experience with G-Suite, Excel, Analytics tools(e.g. Zoho)
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent analytical, multi-tasking and problem solving skills
