The ideal candidate will have experience considering several conflicting requirements and identifying how to implement them together and/or demonstrate experience guiding customers to make decisions as to which implementation requirements take priority.
This role will be responsible for the implementation of a variety of M365 and IT cloud solutions. Responsibilities for this role will include promoting and implementation of innovative solutions within hybrid and cloud-based identity, security, and collaboration tooling. In addition, the opportunity to advance hybrid networking, virtualization, and infrastructure environments to implement best practices across cloud technologies. This role will be able to demonstrate knowledge with the implementation and/or support of hybrid environments. Cloud experience within infrastructure platforms is required. This candidate will exhibit a consultative communication style to clients on cloud solutions. The candidate must be willing to grow technology and infrastructure fundamentals with self-paced and formal training, provided by BDO Digital as needed. Job Duties Responsible for architecture within Microsoft 365 and Microsoft azure products to be able to design, present, troubleshoot and implement cloud infrastructure compliance and/or privacy solutions including some or all the following: Microsoft 365 solutions to promote innovative technologies to solve business problems. Enterprise Mobility + Security (EMS) suite understanding, experience in deployment and management. Deep understanding of identity not limited to Entra ID, on-premises AD and integration of these directories. Microsoft Suite of products to include but not limited to Office 365, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Windows Server and related cloud technologies. Some virtualizations with Hyper-V and/or VMware Basic networking (VLAN, VNET configuration) Business acumen to develop and present client roadmaps, health checks, and assessments. Ability to coach junior peers or lead a project team. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Communicate with clients and project leads in a highly professional and timely manner. Provide occasional on-call 24/7 support after business hours. Other duties as required. Working Environment: Hybrid Office Timing: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Education: · B.E/ B.Tech/ MCA Experience: Four (4) or more years of technical infrastructure implementation experience with increasing responsibility within Microsoft 365 Cloud Solutions, required. Three (3) or more years of experience in cloud or on-premises server virtualization (Hyper-V or VMware), Microsoft Entra ID, and networking, required. Experience working in a consulting environment, preferred. Technology: Directory and Identity Services (Entra ID/Azure AD Connect, AD domain migration) Office 365 (O365) (Exchange Online or Teams meetings calling & devices) Endpoint Manager (Configuration Manager, Intune, AutoPilot) Application and Desktop Presentation (Azure Virtual Desktop, Remote Desktop Services, Citrix XenApp/Desktop or Horizon View) Enterprise Mobility + Security License(s)/Certification(s): · MD102 (Endpoint Administrator) certification, preferred. Other Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Knowledge of EMS for security, governance and centralized authentication is preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to troubleshoot issues, identify solutions, and appropriately escalate issues. Strong analytical, facilitation, documentation, and communication skills Strong project planning, scoping and management skills. Strong business process analysis & design and process flow skills Client facing consulting experience. Capacity to work in a deadline-driven environment while handling multiple projects/tasks simultaneously with a focus on details.
