Senior Interior Designer
Your Role
As a Senior Interior Designer, you will tap into your boundless creativity to contribute towards the design of unique environments, providing exemplary design knowledge from conception to completion of projects working across all design stages.
What You Will Do (Role Task)
Conceptualization and Design Development:
- Excellent taste in design and a sense of aesthetics that matches our studio's.
- Conceptualize and develop innovative interior design concepts that align with the studio's design philosophy, project goals and client expectations.
Graphic Presentations:
- Produce compelling graphic presentations, 3D renderings, plans, elevations, and other visual materials to effectively communicate design concepts.
Project Leadership and Site Execution:
- Lead and guide design team through all project phases, ensuring the successful execution of design concepts on site.
Collaboration:
- Foster collaboration with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless communication and successful project outcomes.
Project Management:
- Understanding of project management principles to effectively lead and guide design teams through different project phases.
Skills Required
Interior Design Concepts:
- In-depth knowledge of interior design concepts, styles, including space planning, color theory, materials, and finishes.
Creativity and Innovation:
- Knowledge and application of creative and innovative design solutions, demonstrated through a technically proficient portfolio.
Analytical and Problem-Solving:
- Analytical skills to assess and solve complex design challenges.
Time and Project Management:
- Efficiently manage time and resources to meet project deadlines, handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Preparing BOQ and cost estimates.
- Documentation of all paperwork through the coure of the project.
- Knowledge of Materials, hardwares, Finishes, Furnishing, Brands and Vendors.
Communication:
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders through clear and concise written and verbal communication.
- Utilize advanced hand sketching techniques to refine and communicate design ideas with clarity.
Software Utilization:
- Mandatory: CAD, Sketch up, V-Ray/Lumion
- Bonus: Revit & Rhino
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Interior design/ architecture or equivalent.
- 4 years of related project experience
