Role Summary

Cyderes is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Talent Acquisition team and recruit for a variety of technical positions. In this role, you will support our growth in our offices but also hire globally to continue building our remote team. You will live and breathe the Cyderes values. You will also build strong and trusted relationships with candidates, hiring leaders and all other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Full lifecycle recruiting includes employer branding, talent attraction, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, negotiations, and successful onboarding.
  • Recruit primarily for technical roles but also non-technical positions from time to time.
  • Utilize various sources and mediums to conduct strategic sourcing and outreach initiatives to identify and engage with top active and passive talent in the marketplace.
  • Build strategic relationships with your hiring teams. We are a global and forward-thinking team which means you will work with a variety of roles focused on Cybersecurity.
  • Data-driven decision making & strategy. Gather data on important recruitment variables, work to continuously improve metrics and make decisions based on data.
  • Always seek to improve our processes and candidate experience. Also guide & support hiring team members through the interview process with coaching on best practices.
  • Be a passionate Herjavec + Fishtech Group brand ambassador before, during, and after recruitment. Help us build our talent brand in addition to our talent pipeline.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of recruiting experience across a range of positions and teams, ideally from both agency and corporate environment with experience hiring complex and/or senior-level positions
  • You know your way around an ATS, you're a whiz with Boolean searches, and you're passionate about providing a killer candidate experience. You're a hunter - you are always proactively sourcing for each role to ensure you are finding the best.
  • Experience collaborating with and influencing senior hiring managers and executives throughout the recruiting cycle.
  • Experience recruiting for a fast-paced company. Maybe it's a software company and/or, better yet, even a company where talent isn't knocking down your door.
  • Ability to effectively articulate the value proposition and story to candidates.
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resource or Psychology or Finance or Computer Science
