Job description
-Coordinate, produce and submit all proposal (RFI, RFQ, ITT, RFP, etc.) responses Delivery of compliant, professionally produced proposals within customer-defined timeframes.
-Responsible for scheduling and running proposal kick-off meetings, leading storyboarding sessions, facilitating key review meetings / final document review, coordinating proposal governance / sign-off, document production, and delivery of the completed proposal.
-Coordinate and review/edit proposal input from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving contributions from technical, finance, and delivery.
-Communicate and influence at a senior level.
-Take sole responsibility for quality of RFIs, RFPs, proposals etc.
-Lead a team and guide them in creating winning proposalsÂ
