Job description
Experience: 15+ years in banking and financial services, with a strong background in project management and Finacle implementation.
Job Summary: As the Project Manager, you will be instrumental in overseeing the successful implementation of multiple banking applications, including but not limited to Finacle. You will lead a cross-functional team, collaborate with stakeholders, and
ensure the seamless execution of various application implementation projects.
Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Strategy:
• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans for the
implementation of various banking applications, considering the entire
project life cycle.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with key
stakeholders.
• Formulate and implement project strategies to ensure successful
outcomes.
Team Leadership:
• Lead and motivate a cross-functional team, ensuring clear
communication, accountability, and collaboration.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a positive
and productive work environment.
• Effectively manage and allocate resources to meet project objectives.
Stakeholder Management:
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand
requirements and expectations.
• Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to relevant stakeholders
in a transparent and timely manner.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Risk Management:
• Identify potential risks and challenges associated with the implementation
of various banking applications and develop mitigation strategies.
Internal - General Use
• Monitor and evaluate project risks, making proactive adjustments to the
project plan as needed.
Quality Assurance:
• Ensure the quality of the Finacle implementation, adhering to industry
best practices and compliance standards.
• Conduct regular reviews and assessments to guarantee the successful
deployment of Banking Application
Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, IT, or a related field. Master's
degree is a plus.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects within
the banking and financial services industry. Comprehensive
understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate crossfunctional teams.
• Experience in building and leading high-performing teams towards
common goals.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical
stakeholders.
• Effective in conveying project updates, risks, and issues to diverse
audiences
