Over 4 years of hands-on experience as a SRE culture & Cloud Engineering, specializing in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Microsoft Azure. Minimum 2 years of experience in GCP within the span of 4+ years in SRE.
Working experience to prevent incidents from ever happening
Managing infrastructure in operations with tools like Ansible, Terraform, CI/CD tools
Building monitoring that alerts on symptoms rather than on outages using Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, Cloud native tools.
Experience and use of Shell, PowerShell scripting & Python to manage cloud environment by leveraging other cloud services like pub/sub, functions, triggers etc.
Run the production environment by monitoring availability and taking a holistic view of system health and develop reports & dashboards using native cloud services or Looker/Power BI.
Build software and systems to manage platform infrastructure and applications
Recommend & Improve reliability, quality and availability of implemented solutions
Measure and optimize system performance, with an eye toward pushing our capabilities forward, getting ahead of customer needs, and innovating for continual improvement
Provide primary operational support and engineering for multiple large-scale environments
(1.) To independently resolve tickets and esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team. (2.) To provide support for on call escalations orL3 level support and doing incident and problem management (3.) Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts and conducting interviewsorparticipation in hiring drives. (4.) To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies (5.) To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases (6.) To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans.
