DESIGNATION/ TITLE/ TEAM Assistant Manager / Manager Client Servicing & Business Development REPORTING TO Senior Manager Client Servicing & Business Development LOCATION: Andheri West MumbaiKEY OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE ØManaging Client accounts from a long term perspectiveØBe a single point contact for the client & the back end team KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Ø High involvement in Research, Planning & Strategy making to ensure new client participationØShould be updated with the latest technology & regular market information to ensure selling the service at the right time, as per the client pitchØ To acquire new clients and ensure quality delivery standardsØ Negotiate with Clients on cost estimation and budget to ensure good results & maximum profitabilityØ Act as a single point of contact between the client and the internal teamØ Understanding the client’s activation requirement & accordingly involve theinternal team to provide innovative solutions & measuresØ To provide timely feedback to the internal Team and make sure appropriate revisions are made to the concept, design, estimate, etc.Ø To coordinate with all the departments and ensure execution on all fronts from pre to post events or activations QUALIFICATION Graduate/ Post Graduate in Event Management / Marketing / Advertising TARGET INDUSTRIES Events & Activations/BTL Industry COMPETENCY §Behavioral CompetencyØA good command on English language with good Inter Personal SkillsØGood at negotiating with clients, vendors & internal customersØSelling instincts with a forward thinking approachØSmart Judgment to take independent decisionØGood at Presentation Skills§Technical CompetencyØSound Knowledge on Event/Activations Set Ups & BTL activitiesØProficiency in Microsoft Office & MS Power Point
