MEASURES OF SUCCESS
In Three Months:
- Familiarization and Assessment: Within the first three months, the candidate should have a solid understanding of the organization's digital marketing landscape, including ongoing campaigns, key performance metrics, existing processes, and team dynamics. They should actively engage with team members to learn about their roles, challenges, and aspirations.
- Process Evaluation and Initial Enhancements: The candidate should have assessed the existing digital marketing processes, identified initial areas for optimization, and started implementing changes that contribute to increased efficiency, collaboration, and campaign execution. They should also have taken steps to standardize campaign nomenclature and tracking parameters for better reporting.
- Campaign Oversight: By the end of the initial three months, the candidate should have actively participated in the planning and execution of at least one major campaign, gaining insight into the execution workflow and reporting structure. They should be able to provide input on campaign strategy, messaging, and targeting based on their understanding of the company's goals.
In Six Months:
- Process Optimization and Documentation: At the six-month mark, the candidate should have significantly optimized digital marketing processes, reducing bottlenecks, enhancing collaboration, and ensuring smoother campaign execution. They should document these refined processes to create a comprehensive digital marketing playbook that streamlines operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE
- Strategy Development: Collaborate with internal business and client media team to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals, targeting various digital channels such as social media, SEM, email marketing, content marketing, and more.
- Process Optimization: Design, implement, and enhance streamlined digital marketing processes to improve efficiency, collaboration, and cross-functional coordination. Identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement and drive innovative solutions.
- Campaign Management: Lead end-to-end campaign management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting. Ensure campaigns are on track to meet objectives, and continuously optimize to achieve maximum results.
- Analytics and Reporting: Utilize data-driven insights to analyze campaign performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and create comprehensive reports. Provide actionable recommendations for ongoing improvement.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with various teams, including business, content, and analytics, to ensure seamless execution of integrated digital marketing campaigns. Also, build relations with strategic partners and key trading publishers. Foster a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Monthly Digital Guidelines: Develop and maintain monthly digital guidelines that encompass campaign nomenclature, tracking parameters, and reporting structures. Ensure consistency in reporting for efficient analysis and insights.
- Stay Current: Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and technologies in the digital marketing landscape. Identify opportunities for innovation and growth, and ensure the team stays ahead of industry changes.
- Global & APAC Coordination: Coordinate with global and APAC teams to align digital marketing strategies, share best practices, and implement cohesive campaigns across regions. Drive collaboration and leverage diverse insights for enhanced results.
Work Experience
You bring a proven track record of at least 6 years in digital marketing, with progressively increasing responsibilities. Your extensive experience showcases your ability to navigate complex digital landscapes, manage campaigns, and drive strategic initiatives.
Required Competencies :
Digital Marketing Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and more.
- Data Analysis: Proficiency in analyzing data to derive actionable insights, track KPIs, and measure the effectiveness of campaigns. Experience with tools like Google Analytics, marketing automation platforms, and CRM systems.
- Process Optimization: Proven ability to design, implement, and optimize processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Knowledge of methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile is a plus.
- Project Management: Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and ensure successful campaign execution within deadlines.
- Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to lead, inspire, and influence team members to achieve common goals.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with various digital marketing tools, software, and platforms, including advertising platforms, marketing automation software, and CMS systems.
