The ideal candidate should excel in identifying hot leads, managing the sales pipeline, and closing deals to contribute significantly to our revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue potential clients within the IT services sector, leveraging existing industry networks and relationships.
- Develop and nurture relationships with prospective clients through strategic engagement and understanding their business needs.
- Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to deal closure, focusing on finding quality leads and converting them into paying clients.
- Collaborate closely with the internal team to craft tailored solutions and proposals that align with client requirements.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, client challenges, and competitor strategies to identify business growth opportunities.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of 2-3 years in Business Development or Sales roles within the IT Service industry.
- Excellent English communication skills to engage effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong ability to identify hot leads, manage the sales pipeline, and close deals successfully.
- Proficiency in managing client relationships and understanding client needs to propose suitable solutions.
- Adept at analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
