We are looking for a position of an L&D Admin.
As an L&D Admin in JFrog you will...
- Be responsible for the LMS setup (one-time): System integrations, data migration and validation, content creation, learning path design, reports and permission setting, KPIs, and awareness campaigns
- Create, revise, maintain, and troubleshoot learning objects, course structures, programs, etc. based on requirements and business needs
- Train new employees, managers, and champions on the system
- Promote LMS adoption and awareness by creating constant activity throughout the system
- Provide technical support and issue resolution to all JFrog employees
- Support the content producers - mainly through technical assistance
- Identify, analyze, reflect and distribute data from the LMS
- Support several system modules such as performance management system (Oracle), talent mapping tool (9-grid module), and goal setting tool
- Administrate ongoing surveys such as onboarding, learning satisfaction, annual org survey, and more
To be an L&D Admin in JFrog you need:
- Minimum 3 years experience in implementing, managing, and maintaining a Learning Management Systems (LMS) and content management systems (LXP)
- Advanced experience in performance management processes and systems, and data analytics for report generation and analysis
- Ability to deliver training course materials to large and small groups of people and to effectively facilitate their learning process
- Technical and problem-solving skills for LMS management and user support
- Exceptional project management skills and a “get-things-done” attitude
- Customer success mindset and approach
- Deep knowledge of adult learning theory, instructional design models, and recent learning industry developments - Advantage
- A self-manager, able to work well independently and prioritize effectively
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills as well as experience working in English
