Genetico aims to reduce time to diagnosis and enable new medical discoveries in the field of rare and genetics diseases. It is the first company in India and among very few in the world to develop a specialized electronic health record with an advanced Clinical Decision Support System to digitize and streamline clinical workflows of genetic clinics while enabling tremendous research possibilities. Genetico received a BIRAC grant to develop innovative digital tools of national importance and is supported by some of the top technology incubators in the country.
Role Description
This is a full-time Sales Manager role based in Noida, responsible for achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth for our clinical genetics software in Delhi/NCR and neighboring states. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, generating leads, conducting market research, and providing excellent customer service to clients. You will be one of the first hires in the sales team and will have excellent growth opportunities within the company.
Qualifications
Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include knowledge of genetics or rare diseases, experience working in a startup, and an existing network of clinicians.
Compensation
Rs. 5-7 LPA + Sales commissions (incentives can as high as the CTC)
