Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

Digital Strategy Development:

Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with client objectives and overall advertising goals.

Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices.

Campaign Management:

Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across various channels, including social media, search engines, email, and display advertising.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of digital initiatives with overall marketing efforts.

Analytics and Reporting:

Monitor and analyze the performance of digital campaigns using analytics tools.

Provide insightful reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Implement A/B testing to optimize campaign elements for better results.

Social Media Management:

Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Create and curate compelling content for social media platforms.

Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies accordingly.

SEO and SEM Optimization:

Implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic search rankings.

Manage and optimize paid search campaigns to maximize ROI.

Stay informed about search engine algorithms and updates.

Email Marketing:

Oversee the planning and execution of email marketing campaigns.

Segment target audiences and personalize content to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Monitor email deliverability and engagement metrics.

Budget Management:

Develop and manage digital marketing budgets for multiple clients.

Ensure cost-effectiveness and ROI across all digital channels.

Client Collaboration:

Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding digital marketing initiatives.

Present campaign strategies, performance reports, and recommendations to clients in a clear and compelling manner.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or in a similar role within an advertising agency.

In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.

Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools.

Experience:

4-5 years in advertising agency, digital agency, integrated marketing solutions agency.

Skills:

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Strong project management and organizational abilities.

Data-driven decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Creativity in developing engaging digital content.

Ability to stay updated on industry trends and innovations.
