- #Hiring for Senior Test Automation Engineer and will be deployed at #Client location MNC (CMMIL5).
- #Duration: Fulltime
- #Notice Period- #Immediate joiners preferred.
Job Description Job Profile Responsibilities - Adapt to the latest frameworks and contribute to automation scripting and execution.
- Test Environment Setup on different operating systems
- Analyze, Review and understand software requirement for automation testability
- Automation of System level scenarios using Cucumber and Ruby
- Create Step definitions / bindings for the feature files and validate user scenarios
- Utilize development skills, data manipulation skills and scripting skills to engineer technical, repeatable tests
- Strong understanding of the Automation Test Frameworks used. Flag impediments and suggest scope of improvements for the framework
- Collaborate with Project teams on various frameworks used and effectively reuse the libraries at System level
- Establish and maintain a robust and Scalable BDD automation framework for UI, API and Database testing
Qualification & Experience - Bachelors or master's in engineering / Masters in Computer Application
- Demonstrated comprehensive knowledge of tools/technologies including C#, Ruby, Power Shell, MS SQL
- 3-8 years of experience in automation scripting and execution with a minimum of 3 years in coding. Strong in OOPs Concepts
- Good knowledge in understanding test automation frameworks
Mandatory Skills - Strong skills in Ruby, or any other programming languages like C#, Java, Python Power Shell, Groovy scripting
- Quick in understanding and adapting to new frameworks. Develop and execute automated test cases for complex workflows.
- Good experience in BDD automation. Strong competence in BDD techniques in deriving feature files and acceptance criteria from product requirements
- Good understanding of executing test automation pipelines in the CI / CD using JenkinsAzure devopsChef
- Good knowledge in non-UI Automation (API, Database). Good understanding of RestAPI automation using RestClient
- Good Understanding of network protocol and transfer protocols like SSH, SFTP
- Good knowledge in test automation frameworks like Cucumber, Capybara, WATIR, RSpec, Specflow.
- Experience in test management tools preferably QAComplete , Xray, zephyr, cucumber for JIRA
- Experience in Agile, sAFE Agile and ALM like JIRA , Azure Devops, etc,
- Experience on Multiple Test automation tools (Ruby Mine, QTP , Test Complete etc)
Preferred Technical Interpersonal Skills - Good verbal and written communication skill
- Team Player with Proactive behavior
- Problem solving and decision-making working with others to identify, define and solve problems, which includes making decisions about the best course of action
- Basic experience of using putty, winscp tools and working different operating systems is a plus
- Experience in ELK for data analytics, Kibana for Visualization is plus
- Experience in performance testing tools like JMeterperformance metrics is a plus
- Experience in security testing tools like Bitdefendersiesta is a plus
