Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Chef. The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day kitchen operations, developing and executing menus, managing kitchen staff, ordering inventory, and ensuring food quality and safety of our new restaurant, Mumbai Matinee. The Executive Chef will also collaborate with the management team to maintain high standards for guest satisfaction and employee engagement. Qualifications Culinary degree or equivalent experience in a culinary field Expertise in various cooking techniques and cuisines Experience in menu development and execution Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage and motivate a team Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures Experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Experience in hospitality industry is a plusJob tags
