Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, negotiating deals, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing and executing sales tactics.

Qualifications

• Strong business acumen, with proven experience in business development, sales, and marketing
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and other sales and customer relationship management tools
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively
• Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Experience in the fashion or e-commerce industry is preferred
