We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Azure Solutions Architect to lead our team of architects in designing, implementing, and overseeing Azure cloud architecture solutions. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing technical direction, leading a group of architects, and ensuring the successful execution of cloud migration projects. Your role will involve working closely with business and technical stakeholders, understanding organizational obstacles, and providing due diligence for effective cloud solutions.

Responsibilities:

Architectural Design:

• Architect and design solutions that meet both functional and non-functional requirements.
• Create, review, and enforce adherence to architecture and solution design artifacts.

Technical Leadership:

• Provide technical direction and lead a group of architects with a common goal.
• Collaborate with team members to design and develop end-to-end processes aligning with defined architecture.

Standards and Guidelines:

• Enforce adherence to architectural standards, principles, and product-specific guidelines.
• Stay updated on emerging technology/industry trends in the cloud and define new patterns and standards as required.

Risk Mitigation:

• Identify, communicate, and mitigate assumptions, issues, and risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Balance strategic logic with realistic accomplishments.

Solution Sizing and Assessment:

• Ensure suitable sizing of solutions, technology fit, and disaster recovery are assessed and accounted for.
• Drive, plan, and develop blueprints and deliverables to advance Azure Cloud capabilities.

Process Improvement:

• Regularly improve processes to deliver high-quality information, contributing to the overall effectiveness of Azure architecture.

Knowledge Sharing:

• Share information and guidance on engineering methodologies, standards, and best practices proactively with team members.

Customer Collaboration:

• Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and guide the team in developing solutions that align with business objectives.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience as an Azure Solutions Architect.
• Proven expertise in architecting and designing Azure solutions.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead a team of architects.
• In-depth knowledge of Azure cloud computing and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to analyze and operate at various levels of abstraction.
• Experience in driving, planning, and developing blueprints for Azure Cloud capabilities.
