Job description
Masters in bioinformatics/computational biology/ computer science or a related discipline with a proven record of computational data engineering/processing.
6+ years experience in Bioinformatics and Data handling.
Strong experience with the R and Python programming languages is a must; knowledge of other high-level programming languages is a plus.
Knowledge of cloud computing concepts and applications.
Working knowledge of common genetic and functional genomics data formats generated using the following experimental approaches: RNA-Seq, proteomics, whole-genome genotyping, cfDNA, and gene mutation panels .
Significant expertise in Bioinformatics pipeline development.
Knowledge on Clinical Trials Data and Oncology Datasets is an advantage
