klipit by BOVA is currently looking for a Sales Development Representative . We are a customer first company committed towards Sustainability and in the process of launching in Q2 2024 catering to B2B & B2C.

- Salary: Upto 10L INRĀ
- Annual Days: As per Indian labour law
- Work from Office: 5 days
- Day Range : Monday to Friday
- Shift: Day Shift
- Location : Golden Enclave, Old Airport Road, Bangalore, India
- Incentives: Quarterly Bonus / Commissions Structure will be implemented in Q2 2024, so they will join at a good time.
- Notice Period: 2 months

Eligibility:
- Experience: 2 - 4 years of work experience in inside sales / sales development around SaaS.
- Preferably SaaS in the Retail industry like ERP Solution Providers, Omnichannel Marketing Providers, Inventory Management Providers, Retail CRM and Bookkeeping Providers, Point of Sales Solutions Provider
- In depth knowledge of tools like Hubspot, Apollo and Linkedin Sales Navigator is preferred
- Track record of achieving or over-achieving appointment or sales quotas
- Team-player with a strong phone presence & experience in dialing dozens of calls in a day
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Graduates/ BBA/BS degree or equivalent, MBA degrees are preferred but not mandatory
- A desire to grow and advance a career in sales
- Experience in Tech Startups is a plus
- Experience in the Middle East market is a plus
- Professional Fluency in English is a must
About the role:
- Onboarding and Training - 2 Weeks
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
- Understand customer needs/requirements and position the product & product-prospect fit accordingly
- Unlock new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-ups and outbound cold calls, emails etc
- Schedule appointments & route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales professionals for further development in Middle East
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory/vertical
- Perform effective online demos to prospects
- Update CRM: Everyday - Deals, Companies, Contacts, Notes, Meetings, Calls
- It's a startup that is still in the pre launch phase, launch is expected for Q2 2024
- The app is in Sustainable Tech, Financial Planning and Consumer Empowerment tool, so a lot of education will be required for everyone you do meet on a regular basis
