Job description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager to join our Product Management & Technology department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of projects within our company, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of both product management and technology.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects within the product management and technology department
- Foster collaboration and communication across various teams, including product management, engineering, design, marketing, and operations.
- Identify potential risks and issues early in the project lifecycle and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact.
- Allocate resources effectively to support project objectives, including personnel, budget, and technology infrastructure. Monitor resource utilization and adjust plans as needed to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Engage with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization to provide regular updates on project status, milestones, and deliverables
- Implement robust quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of product and service delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the product management and technology department, leveraging feedback and lessons learned from past projects. Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and drive innovation
Desired Skills & Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration.
- Proven experience as a Program Manager, Project Manager, or related role. Fintech industry experience is preferred.
- Strong understanding of product management principles, agile methodologies, and software development lifecycle.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and results-oriented mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
- Knowledge of fintech regulations, compliance standards, and industry best practices.
Experience :
- 4-8 years
- Minimum 2 years of financial institution experience (NBFC/Banks) if preferred.
