Role Description:

This full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai requires a CRM Executive responsible for managing account openings for clients. The Executive will liaise with potential clients, providing information about our services, assisting with account setup, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Additionally, they will maintain client relationships, addressing inquiries, and providing support as needed.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage the account opening process for clients, ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.

2. Educate potential clients on our services, including equity, commodity, and depository offerings.

3. Assist clients with account setup, including platform navigation and configuration.

4. Maintain detailed records of client interactions and account openings, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

5. Address client inquiries and provide support throughout the account opening process.

6. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance the client experience.

7. Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting account opening procedures.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Previous experience in a similar role within a brokerage or financial institution.

3. Strong knowledge of financial markets and investment products.

4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

6. Familiarity with trading platforms and account management systems.

7. Compliance with relevant regulations and licensing requirements as per location.
