Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Business Manager. The Area Business Manager will be responsible for managing a team, achieving sales targets, creating marketing strategies, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. The role involves developing sales strategies and achieving sales targets, managing the sales team, and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
Qualifications
- Sales and Marketing skills: The candidate should have strong sales and marketing skills, including experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies and achieving sales targets.
- Team Management skills: The candidate should have experience in managing teams, including sales teams, and be able to motivate and inspire team members to achieve goals.
- Communication skills: The candidate should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Organizational skills: The candidate should be highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks and priorities, and be able to work under pressure.
- Healthcare Industry knowledge: The candidate should have a good understanding of the healthcare industry, including regulations, market trends, and competitor analysis.
- Leadership skills: The candidate should be a strong leader, able to lead by example, and be able to manage and develop teams effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in business or science-related fields is preferred.
