Roles & Responsibilities- Provides operational support to sales processes.
- Provides data and guides to help the sales team.
- Checks the accuracy of order processing process and can prepare sales quotes.Â
- Provides troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems.
- Oversees sales information management by maintaining sales records, and compiling monthly sales reports.
- Supports the settlement process of rebates for key accounts in collaboration with Pricing, KAM, Finance.
- Maintains the operational efficiency of the sales operation.
- 2-3 years experience in Sales Operations
- Minimum HBO (or local equivalent) in Sales Operations or similar
- Knowledge in data base management, advanced in Microsoft offices, orders processing and invoice management, team management
- Fluent in English is a must along with local language
