Role Summary

Responsible for handling the grocery vertical communication, messaging and all marketing related activities that leads to growth. Should be able to strategize the grocery campaigns in a way that would drive more orders traffic and attract more customers to trust our grocery vertical. Mainly handles campaign planning, execution & campaign reporting and analysis.

What's On Your Plate

  • Act as the main POC for the internal grocery vertical commercial teams for planning and executing all the needed requirements for the monthly campaigns.
  • Handling the planning, preparation and publishing of the grocery vertical tactical communication while ensuring proper exposure and optimization of the grocery partners in a timely manner.
  • Liaising with the creative team and the local commercial teams on all grocery briefs, creative material that are needed for campaigns.
  • Prepare post campaign reports with readings/observations mentioning recommended next steps to pave the way for the upcoming campaigns.
  • Take data-driven decisions to design campaigns, choose the right channel mix strategy and the right target audience to achieve the campaign objectives.
  • Understand customer behavior through analysis, social media feedback from customers and Grocery vertical sales team to develop actionable insights.
  • Planning & executing campaigns with the regional CRM & performance marketing teams.

Social Media

  • Organizing the monthly calendar (one month ahead) for posting with the marcom team based on the plan set with the commercial teams to ensure that the communication is aligned with the preset plan.
  • Aligning with other team members on the daily posting is secured and previously approved by the Sr. Marketing specialist.
  • Planning all performance marketing campaigns and submitting briefs in a timely manner to ensure smooth operations.

Payments

  • Responsible for double checking the reported costs by the sales team and recording them on the expense sheets with all the finance supporting documents.
  • Responsible for documenting invoices, PQs and all financial documents received by suppliers, partners and restaurants.

What Did We Order

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or any other related field
  • 2-4 years of general marketing experience, preferably in the local market
  • Time Management Skills
  • Attention to details
  • Fluent in both languages Arabic and English
  • Communication skills (Written and Verbal)
  • Excel Skills
